Job Description

Client Success Manager

About Axuall

Axuall is changing the way facts are verified.  We call this digital proof, and it can provide benefits for nearly anyone who needs to provide proof in an instant about their identity, qualifications, credentials, experience, etc.

The process of verifying critical business assertions costs billions of dollars more than it should. This problem afflicts nearly every sector of the economy including healthcare, financial services, government, manufacturing, logistics, and transportation.  It drives unnecessary costs, limits revenue growth, and introduces avoidable risks to businesses and organizations.

Axuall is a workforce intelligence company. We streamline the secure sharing of verified credentials between clinicians, authorized verifiers, and healthcare organizations to eliminate clinical workforce deployment delays. This enables healthcare systems to meet patient demand, inform network planning, and maximize revenue capture as they expand their coverage across traditional and emerging delivery channels.

You will be joining a team of talented and committed entrepreneurs where many decisions on product design, partners, and go-to-market plans will be made during your tenure.   At the same time, you will be working with industry veterans who have led startups from inception to well-known brands.

Just as important, Axuall was designed from the start to be a great place to work.  We offer a wide range of benefits for our team, including comprehensive health insurance, unlimited PTO/vacation days, remote work options, 401(k), fitness stipends, travel-to-work stipends, continuous education support, and family leave.
