About the Client Success Manager Role

The primary role and responsibility of a Client Success Manager  is to work with the customers, Account Leader, and staff to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, on time, and within budget; consistent with Axuall guidelines, processes, and client expectations. You will be responsible for implementing the Axuall Digital Credentialing systems, act as a technical liaison between client and Axuall engineering and product teams and play a key role in supporting the Client Leader/Managers to build the client relationship.

 

You will ensure that deliverables and functionality are implemented to meet contract requirements on time and on budget while enforcing organizational and technical delivery excellence best practices.

 

You will interact directly with the customer, account/contract management, and engineering & product teams to ensure your work is successful while providing executive status on key performance metrics to internal/external stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as the main point of contact to the customer, coordinating with the customer and internal teams through detailed configuration, implementation, testing and go live. 

  • Work closely with internal teams on scoping and designing the platform configuration based on expressed client needs. 

  • Contribute to our strategy for achieving project objectives, identifying the steps necessary to successfully achieve project milestones

  • Regularly provide updates on work progress, obstacles and blockers, and overall performance with execution and progress toward delivery, complies with internal procedures for status updates

  • Document, monitor and track project timelines in team tools (Salesforce, project management tool)

  • Keep internal stakeholders and the executive leadership team informed of project status updates and key issues that may impact project completion

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align scope, technical mapping, and business requirements with development sprint planning and product design.

Qualifications

In addition to the demonstrated experience relative to the items listed above, this role requires:​

  • 3-5+ years managing delivery of technical solutions within healthcare settings

  • 3+ years experience in project management

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • Ability to translate technical issues to a non-technical audience.

  • Proven track record of organization, planning, and project management skills

  • Industry-leading knowledge and depth with provider analytics development best practices and application implementation best practices.

  • A minimum of three professional references that can attest to past strong performance in these areas.  

  • Candidates must have a BA/BS degree in an applicable area of study.  

  • Strong communication skills including writing and public speaking.
